Clear Answers to Complex Questions
We provide independent psychological and neuropsychological evaluations that deliver clear, objective answers in legal, clinical, healthcare, educational, organizational, and administrative contexts.
Our work is evidence‑based, neutral, and focused on addressing specific referral questions.
We also offer consultation and in‑service trainings on behavioral health and evaluation‑related topics. Please contact us to discuss training needs.
What We Do & Our Approach
Our work is focused on delivering clear, objective answers to specific referral questions.
All evaluations are conducted in person using standardized, research‑supported psychological and neuropsychological testing instruments. Evaluation data are integrated with:
- Psychological and neuropsychological testing
- Clinical interviews
- Comprehensive record review
- Collateral informant interviews (when appropriate)
Effort, performance validity, and potential malingering are assessed as part of every evaluation.
We approach each case as a clinical investigator, prioritizing objectivity, diagnostic accuracy, and practical recommendations tailored to the referral question(s).
What We Deliver
We provide clear, timely, and issue‑focused reports that directly address the referral question, including:
- Capacity and competency
- Diagnostic clarification
- Cognitive and functional impairment
- Disability and accommodations
- Effort and response validity
- Mitigation and contextual factors
- Treatment and case management recommendations
We make clear distinctions between neurologic, psychiatric, and situational factors when relevant. Reports are written to be understandable, defensible, and useful for clinical, legal, and administrative decision‑making.
Referral Base
We accept referrals from:
- Attorneys, judges, and courts
- Physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Rehabilitation and long‑term care facilities
- Hospitals and clinics
- Schools and organizational administrators

We primarily evaluate adults, with select evaluations for adolescents age 14 and older on a case‑by‑case basis.
