The referral process begins with a brief consultation to clarify the referral question, determine whether an evaluation is appropriate, and identify the records, collateral sources, and logistical issues involved.
Consultation
The initial consultation is used to determine whether the requested service is within scope and to discuss the most appropriate evaluation or consultation format.
Strategize
Once we have a plan we'll go over logistics, contract, fees, consent forms, payment arrangements.
We always attempt to offer an estimate but please understand that often with complex cases more time is needed than originally estimated.
Finalize
Services will be rendered and a completed product, with your input, will be ready for signature and electronic delivery.
Final invoice will be sent and payment received before final product is delivered.
