Yes. Our evaluations follow established scientific, ethical, and forensic standards to ensure clarity, reliability, and defensibility in legal settings.
Yes. We offer deposition and courtroom testimony when requested and when relevant to the evaluation findings.

No. We specialize exclusively in evaluation and consultation to maintain objectivity and expertise. But we can provide constulation on what therapies a client should receive and we are experienced in therapy so we can provide in-service presentations or CME on various behavioral health therapies. However, for a specific case, we would consider brief therapy such as Prolonged Exposure or Solution Focused Therapy for case-by-case situations.
We offer telehealth for interviews and consultations when allowed by regulations. Testing must be conducted in person.
No. All services are self pay.
All services are billed hourly. $300 per hour for professional time and $100 per hour for travel time. Some travel fees must be billed such as hotel stays, rental cars, and flights, Please see contact and fee structure for more information.
Yes. $1,500. This is explained in the Contract For Services and Fee Structure document.
Yes. We provide independent evaluations for employers, safety-sensitive positions, and administrative agencies.
Yes. We provide custom trainings on psychological/forensic topics, brain injury, cognitive disorders, documentation, and evaluation principles. We also provide trainings on specific therapies and psychiatric disorders such as PTSD, dementia, and other conditions.
Yes. We offer consultation-only services, including record review, case analysis, and expert opinion without testing when appropriate.
